Ederlyn Magno is a senior securities and registrations law clerk in the firm’s Toronto office with several years of experience in securities, registration and compliance related matters. Having both in-house and law firm experience, Ederlyn handles all aspects of dealers, advisers and managers initial and ongoing securities regulatory obligations assist with securities-related transactions, continuous disclosure documentation, preparing applications and obtaining regulatory exemptions for registered and exempt firms.
She also handles filings though the National Registration Database (NRD), the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).
