Overview

Érik Morissette is a legal advisor and counsel to several professional orders, institutions, associations and not-for-profit organizations, including religious corporations. He advises and represents clients on every aspect inherent in this type of organization.

 

More specifically with regard to professional orders, Érik takes a proactive, strategic approach to important issues concerning the protection of the public.  He advises syndics working for professional orders and regularly appears before disciplinary committees.

He regularly delivers seminars on the Professional Code and the regulations governing the practice of professions, including ethics.

Érik also has considerable experience in labour relations, and represents primarily private sector employers.
