Overview

In the current context of workforce diversification, employers must review their organizational practices, particularly in terms of accommodations.

Whether it be in terms of disability, age, religion, gender identity or expression, the employer has an obligation to accommodate. What are the limitations of this obligation and how can we work with it to ensure an effective workplace management?

This conference will address recent jurisprudential trends in accommodation, in addition to discussing the implications of the specific labour shortage context.
