Proxy advisory firm guidelines continue to evolve, including with respect to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. We will provide you with an update on these and other developments in the field of securities and ESG. In 2024, new disclosure requirements will apply to many TSX-listed companies with regard to human rights and potentially climate.
3. Has Cybersecurity Become Your #1 Risk?
During this panel discussion, our experts will discuss cybersecurity risks that examine real cases where companies have overcome crisis situations. They will be joined by Guillaume Clément, Partner, Advisory, Cybersecurity at KPMG and President of KPMG Egyde Conseils, with more than 25 years of experience in IT and cyber security.
There will also be question-and-answer periods with our speakers, so that you can explore these current topics and be better prepared to take on the challenges facing Boards of Directors.
