This session will explore the recent push-back on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives and how organizations navigate these shifting tides. From anti-EDI sentiment, “woke” becoming a slur, to the recent US Supreme Court Decisions ending affirmative action and clawing back LGBTQ2+ rights, many organizations are facing questions about their focus on EDI. Our guests will explore the impact of these shifts within the industry and beyond and how leaders and organizations manage EDI moving forward.
