There have been several major developments in municipal and administrative law since the beginning of 2024.
During this conference, our speakers will highlight the latest developments in this area, such as by analyzing the first drafts of the incentive zoning by-law and other housing-related acceleration (fast-track) measures.
Our three lawyers will also examine important recent court decisions and inform participants of the progress being made in implementing the revised Metropolitan Land Use and Development Plan (PMADR/Plan métropolitain d'aménagement et de développement révisé).
