As part of our efforts to honour Black History Month, Fasken invites you to a fireside chat featuring Dr. Kofi Hope, Senior Fellow (Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy), Doctorate in Politics from Oxford University, Rhodes Scholar and CEO & Co-Founder, Monumental, for a discussion on cultivating successful, diverse and inclusive teams. This event will be held in Fasken’s Toronto office and online on Wednesday, February 26th from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET, followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
This event is hosted in association with the Fasken Black Collective.
The discussion will include:
- Insights into the importance of active listening and cultural awareness in building trust and valuing all voices.
- The significance of authentic, inclusive leadership, and fostering shared values for meaningful inclusion.
- Actionable steps for firms to create equitable environments, and pathways to create lasting change.
