Overview

Florence Longval is a lawyer within the Labour, Employment & Human Rights group. She joined the firm as a student in the summer of 2019.

As part of her practice, she regularly advises clients in various aspects of labour and employment law, whether in matters of collective or individual labour relations. In this regard, she provides legal advice on such matters as hiring, termination of employment, labour standards and human rights and freedoms.  

During her university studies, Florence completed a legal internship with a community organization specializing in labour law, and also completed a summer program at the China University of Political Science and Law where she familiarized herself with the basic concepts of the Chinese legal system.
