Frédéric Legendre is a partner in the Commercial Litigation group in our Montréal office. In his practice, Frédéric advises clients in matters involving public and administrative law as well as real estate, municipal and expropriation law.
He regularly litigates complex matters before various courts and administrative tribunals in Québec, particularly for real estate developers facing regulatory issues or whose rights are affected by a government body’s decision.
Frédéric is a versatile litigator who is committed to representing his clients with passion and determination in different types of matters including injunctions, judicial reviews, seizures, safeguard orders and stays. He also takes on and resolves issues concerning permits and municipal or provincial government authorizations.
Frédéric was called to the Québec Bar in 2017 after obtaining his law degree from the University of Ottawa with the Magna Cum Laude distinction. He is also recognized in the prestigious Chambers rankings in the area of zoning and land use planning.
