Gurinder Gujral is engaged in a diverse corporate/commercial practice for both private and publicly-held companies. Gurinder assists clients on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, other debt and equity financings and go-public transactions.
Gurinder graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. Prior to law school, Gurinder received an Honors Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with Distinction.
Gurinder’s past work experience includes working as a Division Director for a large recruitment firm, where she was responsible for both full-cycle recruitment and business development. Throughout law school, Gurinder worked part-time in the Career & Professional Development Centre. Gurinder also summered and articled with the Firm and was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission.
