Irina Blair is a corporate/commercial lawyer advising clients in the technology sector and other high-growth industries. Irina advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and venture-backed companies on a range of issues, from inception of the business to the growth and procurement phases.
Irina provides strategic counsel to private companies on a range of business transactions and commercial activities, including start-up and incorporation issues, debt and equity angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and IT licensing and development.
While in law school, Irina spent a summer working as a co-op student in the Tax Law Section at the Department of Justice in Vancouver. After graduating, she spent her summer working in the Capital Markets, Derivatives and Fintech Regulation group at the BC Securities Commission.
