Jesicca Rajpal is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in the Johannesburg office. Focusing on construction law and commercial litigation, she has extensive experience with High Court litigation, arbitrations as well as construction-focused adjudications. Jesicca has experience in dispute adjudication proceedings on bespoke contracts as well as on all the standard form contracts, including FIDIC (in particular the FIDIC yellow book), the JBCC and GCC. Much of her commercial litigation practice involves cross-border matters.
