Kate Daniels is a Partner in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Johannesburg office. She serves clients in the fields of construction and engineering, mining, manufacturing, telecommunications, general commercial disputes and investigations.
Kate assists clients with project advisory and risk management related issues as well as the resolution of complex disputes by means of mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Kate advises clients both domestically and internationally.
