Kristian Zimmerman is a partner and a member of the Corporate/Commercial law group of our Montréal office. Kristian regularly represents clients in the context of complex and lengthy commercial transactions.
Kristian has significant experience in corporate sales, mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients and negotiates and drafts their commercial contracts in the context of corporate financings and reorganizations.
Over the course of his career, Kristian has worked on major commercial matters through which he developed extensive legal experience, both in Canada and internationally.
He manages challenging files with rigour and acts as a valuable business partner to assist clients achieve their commercial goals.
Before joining Fasken, Kristian was a partner in a Canadian business law firm.
