Lucas is a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group in our Montréal office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law.
He joined the Fasken team as a student in the summer of 2021 after completing his Bachelor of Law and JD at the Université de Montréal. Prior to law school, Lucas completed a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University where he specialized in finance and minored in entrepreneurship. During his studies at McGill, he developed a strong business acumen while competing in multiple national and international case competitions. Lucas was also a director at two not-for-profit organisations with goals of developing leadership skills for underprivileged teenagers.
Beyond law, Lucas developed a passion for consumer technology while working for one of biggest technology companies in the world.
