Overview

Marc-Olivier Perrault is a lawyer with the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group in our Montréal office. As part of his practice, Marc-Olivier advises and acts for clients with respect to various aspects of employment law, particularly collective and individual labour relations, and matters such as grievance arbitration, collective agreement interpretation, labour standards and human rights.

Marc-Olivier advises employers on complex issues involving human capital, under both federal and provincial law. These issues are wide-ranging and include hiring, dismissal, disciplinary actions, psychological harassment, labour disputes and the interpretation of collective agreements. Marc-Olivier is regularly called upon to represent employers before various administrative and judicial tribunals in Québec.

Marc-Olivier has showcased his abilities as a writer in the numerous specialized articles on labour law that he has authored or co-authored. Over the years, he has published dozens of bulletins on labour relations, providing in-depth analysis and information on a number of topics relating to his practice.
