Marco Maduri is a corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver. He works with clients in connection with public and private M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings.
Marco assists clients across a variety of industries including technology, mining, financial services, and cannabis. By working to understand each client’s underlying objectives, Marco leverages his business experience in order to spot opportunities, identify risks, and provide bespoke legal solutions.
Prior to joining Fasken, Marco practiced at the Toronto office of a national law firm and worked for a provincial securities regulator.
