Munier Saloojee has a broad corporate and securities law practice, with a particular focus in the area of investment funds. Advising both public and private investment funds, Munier has assisted clients in launching a number of uniquely structured products.
Munier frequently advises on the development, launch and restructuring of all types of investment fund products. An experienced negotiator with third party service providers, Munier also has extensive experience guiding clients through regulatory hurdles, including navigating issues with Canadian securities authorities.
In his general corporate/securities practice, Munier has extensive experience advising offshore issuers who wish to offer and sell securities into Canada. Munier also has experience advising banks and on the Canadian elements of financings, including cross-border acquisition financings and project financings.
An active fund industry participant, Munier is currently serving as a member of the Canadian ETF Association's Media and Public Relations Committee. His practice has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal.
