Joz practices in the areas of corporate finance (debt and equity, including advising regularly on capital markets transactions) and project finance. He regularly advises South African and international banks and investment funds as well as corporates with respect to their funding and investment transactions on the African continent and has significant experience in asset, natural resources, energy and infrastructure finance as well as structured, leveraged and acquisition finance.
