Rhulani joins Fasken from an international law firm. She has extensive experience in project financing transactions in energy and infrastructure, having advised numerous lenders and sponsors in both Africa and the Middle East. In addition, she advises clients in financing matters across multiple industries including mining, public sector, energy, real estate and aviation.
