Pantea Eshraghi is engaged in a diverse corporate/commercial and securities law practice. She advises private and publicly-held companies on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securities offerings and corporate governance.
Pantea graduated from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University, where she was on the Dean’s Honour List and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Pantea previously worked as a Business and Legal Associate at a Toronto-based financial technology firm. She also worked at an international AV integration firm, where she was responsible for procuring the technology required for projects across Canada. At Queen’s, Pantea served as the VP of Marketing for the Queen’s Tax Law Society, a Director for the Queen’s Venture Law Society, a Project Lead for Pro Bono Students Canada, and an academic tutor to first-year law students. She was also a Caseworker at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses with diverse legal needs. During her last year of law school, Pantea competed in a national corporate and securities law moot, where she ranked 6th place as a top oralist. In her spare time, Pantea enjoys singing, swimming, finding new hiking trails, and sci-fi movies.
