Samuel Gosselin-Simard is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group at the Québec City office. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private financing and securities.
With a strong background in finance, Samuel advises clients from a wide range of industries on complex legal and business issues, supporting them through every stage of funding, equity refinancing, merger and acquisition transactions. He is experienced in drafting letters of intent, purchase and subscription agreements, shareholder agreements, convertible debentures and all other corporate documents.
Samuel has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting option, from Université Laval. He is currently completing a Master in Taxation at Université de Sherbrooke.
Before joining Fasken, Samuel worked as legal counsel and analyst for a major financial group.
