Sarah Benoit is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Toronto Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions group and has worked in the legal profession since 2011.
Sarah is responsible for drafting and filing documents required by public companies, insiders and investment funds for filing with the stock exchanges and securities commissions for public and private financings, take-over bids, insider reporting and all continuous disclosure matters. Sarah also assists clients with compliance matters relating to registration and regulatory requirements of dealers, advisers, investment fund managers and foreign exempt firms as well as with public company and investment fund transactions and ongoing disclosure obligations.
