Sean Morley’s practice is focused on project finance, public private partnerships and infrastructure development, with experience spanning Canada and the U.S. He also advises clients and organizations on ethically interacting with government.
Regularly assisting lenders, developers and contractors, Sean provides counsel on all aspects of projects and project finance in the infrastructure sector. Sean has advised the winning consortium on numerous P3 projects, including the US 36 Express Lanes/Bus Rapid Transit Project, the Pennsylvania Bridges Project, the State Street Redevelopment Project (Indiana) and Merced Campus (UC) Project (CA). He also advised lenders to the winning consortium on the Waterloo Light Rail Project, and the Eglinton Crosstown LRT Project. Other recent transactions include advising the lenders on the Humber River Regional Hospital Project, the Pan Am Athletes Village Project, the Quinte Courthouse Project, and the Windsor Essex Highway Project. He also advised equity investors in the Ontario Provincial Police Modernization Project and the Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex Project, and the lenders in Partnerships BC's Surrey Pretrial Centre Project.
Sean’s practice also extends to Ontario's and Canada’s lobbying reporting laws, election laws and campaign finance laws.
