YA Global Master SPV completes a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with Shanta Gold for £3 million

In December 2009, YA Global Master SPV Limited ("YAGM"), YAGM committed £3 million to subscribe for new ordinary shares of Shanta Gold Limited under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement ("SEDA"). Yomi Akinjide of Fasken Martineau LLP advised YA Global Master SPV Limited in this transaction.
