Project to design and build the primary infrastructure of the Turcot Interchange

Fasken Martineau provided legal counsel to a member of a consortium in the context of an offer it was depositing in respect of the project to design and build the primary infrastructure of the Turcot Interchange. The total budget of the project, led by Québec’s minister for Transport, is evaluated at over $3.5 billion. The team that worked on the file included Daniel Picotte and Yolaine Besnard.
