Two complaints for dismissal without good and sufficient cause, three complaints for psychological harassment and a complaint for prohibited practices were filed against the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières between December 2013 and January 2015.
The evidence established that the employer had good and sufficient cause to dismiss and the different complaints were dismissed.
