Admission of Just Energy Group’s US$150 million bonds to the official list and to trading on the Professional Securities Market

On June 6, 2014, Just Energy Group Inc. (“Just Energy”) announced the admission of its US$150 million unsecured convertible bonds to the Official List maintained by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Professional Securities Market operated by the London Stock Exchange Plc. Just Energy is listed on the TSX and is primarily a retailer of natural gas and electricity, with close to two million residential and commercial customers in North America and the UK. Just Energy was advised by Fasken Martineau with a corporate team led by June Paddock and assisted by John Sabetti in Toronto.
