Groupe Alithya inc.

Alithya, a Québec business operating in the area of information technology (IT) and strategic direction in Canada and Europe, has acquired Groupe conseil OSI. As a result of this transaction, Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins (CRCD) and Investissement Québec have become investors with Alithya, their respective equity being valued at $3.5 and $1.5 million, respectively. The Fonds de solidarité FTQ is also involved in this transaction as a funding partner. With close to 1,200 professionals working out of six offices throughout Canada and three in France, Alithya continues to diversify itself and improve its service offer to better serve its clients’ needs. Fasken Martineau counselled Groupe Alithya throughout this transaction with a team headed by Jean G. Morency that included Marie Carole Tétreault, Sophie Lessard Berger, Sébastien Gobeil, Charles-Antoine Dorion and Peter Villani.
