Fasken reviewed the legislative, regulatory and institutional framework of the electricity sector and drafting of proposals for amendment or complements of said legal framework in order to achieve the objectives of the electricity sector and the retail of gasoline in Senegal (Electricity Code, an Act on hydrocarbons and an Act respecting Energy Regulation).
