Vancouver Coastal Health Authority issued three RFP’s for fully-funded care beds in North Van, Sechelt and Richmond, British Columbia. Trellis Senior Services Ltd. was awarded all three long-term care service contracts. Fasken advised Trellis on all matters relating to the process, including the corporate structure, purchase of lands, construction financing, long-term financing and shareholder matters.
