On November 28, 2017, Intouch Insight Ltd. announced that it closed two private placements for $3,000,000 and $520,000 by way of non-brokered private placements for 6,000,000 units at a price of $0.50 each and 1,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.52 each (the "offerings"). Each unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the company and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Two half warrants form one common share purchase warrant that is exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.70 per common share for 18 months. Completion of the offerings are subject to regulatory approval, including acceptance and approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Intouch is a developer of customer experience management (“CEM”) software and solutions. It will use proceeds of the offerings for sales, marketing and product development.
