Advised Arrow Exploration Ltd. on financing, acquisitions of oil & gas exploration and production assets in Colombia, and reverse takeover of Front Range Resources.
In conjunction with a series of transactions, financings were done for an aggregate of US$18.3 million, Arrow acquired interests in certain Colombian oil & gas assets by way of share purchase agreements for total consideration of cash and shares worth over US$50 million, and Arrow completed a reverse takeover of Front Range. Certain of the transactions within the series of transactions were contingent upon each other.
Fasken’s experience in cross border Colombian deals was integral to the series of transactions.
