Village Farms International completes C$22 million bought deal prospectus offering

On October 12, 2018, Beacon Securities Limited led a syndicate of underwriters including GMP Securities L.P. that conducted a bought deal short form prospectus offering for Village Farms International, Inc. (TSX: VFF) (“Village Farms”). Village Farms offered and sold 3,097,200 common shares, at an issue price of $7.13 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $22,083,036. Fasken Martineau advised the underwriters on this transaction with a team that included John Sabetti, Markus Liik, Zach Austin Ingrid VanderElst and Mark Vanderveken.
