The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Desjardins Capital Markets and Canaccord Genuity Corp., and included Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited, Beacon Securities Limited, Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and Haywood Securities Inc. and BDC Capital Inc., Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Investissement Québec, insiders of the Corporation, have subscribed in the brokered private placement.
