PharmaCielo completes $8 million brokered special warrant financing

On April 15, 2020, PharmaCielo Ltd., a TSXV listed, Colombian-based cultivator of cannabis and manufacturer of cannabis extracts, completed a brokered private placement of special warrants for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $8 million. The offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents led by Cormark Securities Inc., and which included Stifel GMP and Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. Fasken advised the Agents in the offering and subsequent qualification prospectus filing with a team led by Paul Fornazzari and Myroslav Chwaluk and which included Ryan Kleinman.
