Apeagyei v. Gate Gourmet Canada

The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario dismissed, on a summary basis, the vast majority of the allegations in an application alleging discrimination in employment and failure to accommodate. Bonny Mak successfully argued that all but two of the allegations were untimely. Our success at the summary hearing stage narrowed the issues in dispute, simplified the hearing process, and significantly reduced our client’s potential liability.
