We advised Emil Anderson Maintenance Co. Ltd. on the acquisition of a highway maintenance business in Northwest BC from the Nechako Group. The transaction included the assignment of the Highway Maintenance Agreement for Service Area 26 with the Province of BC, the purchase of related assets and equipment, the purchase of related real estate and assignment of various leasehold interests.
We assisted in negotiations with third parties relating to real property and related matters, and related financing with TD Bank.
