Tracey Cohen QC, and Alexandra Mitretodis were successful in representing a client in a corporate governance dispute which was resolved by an AAA-ICDR international arbitration seated in New York. The claim arose out of a Shareholders Agreement between two parties in a joint venture. The dispute involved governance issues, including allegations of conflict of interest and propriety of consent resolutions. The hearing took place in February 2020 in New York.
