On November 12, 2020, Radisson Mining Resources Inc., a mining exploration company located in Abitibi, province of Québec, announced the closing of an oversubscribed private placement for aggregate proceeds of over $13 million.
The offering was conducted pursuant to the terms and conditions of an agency agreement entered into between Radisson and a syndicate of agents for which Eight Capital, BMO Capital Markets and INFOR Financial Inc. acted as co-leads along with Clarus Securities Inc. and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
