On May 12, 2021, Novacap, a leading Canadian private equity firm, in partnership with Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Fondaction, announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Globe Electric, a Montreal-based company specialized in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative lighting and electrical products for consumers.
This Novacap acquisition will allow Globe Electric to continue growing through their next phase of development.
