On October 26, 2021, Golu Hydrogen Technologies Inc. (“Golu”), an Alberta-based start-up that has developed technology able to produce green hydrogen through a proprietary process using bioethanol and water as feedstock, completed a non-brokered Seed round private placement.
Golu is affiliate of SBI BioEnergy Inc., which is recognized globally as a world leader in innovative clean energy technology.
Golu was advised by a team from Fasken comprised of Brad Schneider (lead counsel), working with Amal Tharani.
