On December 22, 2021, Voxtur Analytics Corp. (TSXV:VXTR) ("Voxtur" or the "Company"), a real estate technology company, closed a brokered private placement ("Brokered Private Placement") and non-brokered private placement (together with the Brokered Private Placement, the "Private Placement") of common shares of the Company. Pursuant to the Private Placement, the Company issued 22,280,686 common shares at a price of C$0.90 per common share for gross proceeds of C$20,052,618. Cormark Securities Inc. and Eight Capital acted as co-lead agents for the Brokered Private Placement.
