On May 25, 2022, Firm Capital Property Trust (“Firm Capital”) announced the closing of its previously announced bought deal financing for gross proceeds of C$20,022,000. The offering was led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and TD Securities Inc., on behalf of an underwriting syndicate including iA Private Wealth Inc., Raymond James Ltd., National Bank Financial Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. Firm Capital issued an aggregate of 2,820,000 trust units at a price of C$7.10 per trust unit. The proceeds are anticipated to be used to repay indebtedness and for working capital and general trust purposes.
