On April 1, 2022 Gap (Canada) Inc. ("Gap") acquired vacant industrial land for the purpose of Gap's future warehouse and distribution centre location in the City of London, Ontario. The site is located near Highway 401, which makes it a prime location for Gap's intended purposes.

Fasken advised Gap with a team led by Neil Smiley, which included Patricia Chandler (Paralegal/Law Clerk), and Joseph Guzzi (Consultant), with respect to acquisition, planning and development and construction matters, including complex site plan approval, conservation, hydro and access concerns.
