On July 15, 2022, LMPG Inc., formerly known as Lumenpulse Group Inc., a leading specification-grade LED lighting solutions group of companies, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Pa-Co Lighting, a pure-play specification-grade LED lighting solutions provider with an emphasis on healthcare, behavioural and related applications based in the Greater Montreal Area, Quebec, Canada.
With the addition of Pa-Co Lighting, LPMG Inc. further solidifies its position as leader in a wide range of specification-grade lighting applications.
