Fasken represented Neupeak Robotics Inc. in their Class Seed Preferred share financing where they raised a total of CAD $1,161,663.75 with a final additional closing date of April 8, 2022.
This new investment will enable Neupeak Robotics to expand its operations in autonomous robotic fruit harvesting.
The team was led by Jonathan Conlin (Corporate Commercial) which included Rasmeet Mohar (Corporate Finance & Securities)
