Overview

Humber River Hospital, a major acute care hospital in Toronto, successfully defended against a claim alleging breach of the Labour Relations Act, made by way of an Unfair Labour Practice Application ("the Application"), filed by Teamsters Local Union No. 419.

The Application was dismissed on the grounds that no prima facie case of a breach of the Labour Relations Act was demonstrated.
