Equisoft, an insurance and investment software developer based in Montreal has secured $125M in equity investment.
Of the total equity investment, $70M came from Investissement Quebec and the Government of Quebec while the remainder came from long-time investment partners, Export Development Canada and Fondaction. Equisoft has been an industry leader for digital transformation in the life insurance industry as well as in wealth and investment management technologies.
