Dyne Technologies Inc., a B2B SaaS company that offers AI-driven revenue and marketing solutions to the restaurant industry, announced that it has raised C$1.5 million in an oversubscribed seed financing round with participation from Weave VC, Sprout VC, Inverted Ventures, and other strategic investors.
Proceeds from the round will be used to further develop Dyne’s innovative analytics platform, which helps restaurants analyze their sales, inventory, and customer data and provides recommendations to restaurants to help them make better-informed decisions.Fasken advised Dyne with a team led by Jon Conlin and included Brock Euper.
